Our team has trained over 400 professionals in face to face classroom sessions. We've led projects to deliver eLearning Modules in several languages, saving our clients more than 700 learning hours of time per year.

Our latest project was to implement a SaaS in a client's Chinese factory and organisation. Since then client has experienced 0 quality issues or recalls after the implementation. Led a team of 20 representatives from 7 different departments. Aligned, planned and delivered the process set up, buy-in, communications, and adoption strategy for the regional & global stakeholders.

Packaging Artwork Process Implrmentation
Working with a manufacturing site in USA to implement a process to manage their package labels in a GxP compliant manner. Incorporating process controls and introducing KPIs to monitor the process performance and identify future areas of improvement.

Packaging Artwork Process Improvement
Implementing process improvements for a client through their business operations in Europe, North America and Asia, leading to 30% reduction of work for various departments involved.

System Upgrade Project
Successfully delivering a project to upgrade a client's system from start to finish. Leading requirements collection workshops, fit-gap analytics, communication strategy, CSV validation and testing and implementation with teams located across Europe and Asia.

Introducing Performance Metrics for a client's process
The successful introduction of Key Performance Indicators to help track the numbers, working with reporting tools such as QlikSense to visualise data in a user-friendly way.

Clarifying Roles and Responsibilities for a client
Working with 10+ departments across Europe, North America, Asia and Japan to clarify the roles and responsibilities between the departments. The project took four months and resulted in successful reduction of the workload for departments with 30% to 45%.

Introducing a system for a client's Japan organisation
Successfully proposed a new SaaS deployment in a client’s Japanese organisation. Led a cross- functional process fit-gap sessions, process alignment and workflow mapping workshops covering 600+ products, several manufacturing sites, various marketing, regulatory and quality teams.
